Where can I find the latest POA meeting minutes?
Transparency is a core value of our community. All approved board meeting minutes, financial statements, and annual reports are archived in the 'Document Library' for members to download and review.
What is the process for architectural modifications?
Before starting any exterior changes, residents must submit an Architectural Review Application. This includes landscaping, painting, or structural additions. The committee reviews these to ensure consistency with community standards.
How are annual POA dues determined and paid?
The board reviews the community budget annually to set fair dues that cover essential services. Payments can be made via credit card or ACH transfer through the secure billing section of our website - PayHOA.com. Alternatively, check or money order can be mailed to the PO Box. PO Box 37, Blakeslee, PA 18610.
